1. Payment Gateway
   All payments on Prepp AI are processed exclusively through Razorpay, a secure and RBI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely by Razorpay.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
   Through Razorpay, we accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and supported digital wallets. The availability of payment methods may vary based on your bank and region.
3. Pricing
   All prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Confirmation
   Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately. Access to paid features will be granted only after successful payment verification.
5. Failed Transactions
   In the event of a failed transaction, the amount debited (if any) will be refunded to your account within 5–7 business days as per your bank’s processing time. If the amount is not refunded within this period, please contact us with the transaction details.
6. Security
   We prioritize the security of your financial information. Razorpay uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and is PCI-DSS compliant. We encourage users to never share their payment credentials with anyone.
7. Governing Law
   This Payment Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
