  1. No Return or Refund
    As Prepp AI provides digital services and content that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases made through our platform.
  2. Reason for No Refund Policy
    Since our services are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon payment, it is not possible to “return” the service once delivered. The content and features become available to the user instantly, making it impractical to reverse the transaction.
  3. Exceptions
    In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or technical errors resulting in incorrect billing, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. Users must report such issues within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team with relevant transaction details.
  4. Failed Transactions
    If a payment is debited from your account but the transaction fails on our end and no service is activated, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
  5. Governing Law
    This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
